Returns Policy

You may return any unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We warranty the product to be free of manufactured defects for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.  If there is a defect in your product during the warrantied period, please contact us via the contact page or at info@indisystem.com for an RMA and further instructions.

Shipping

We ship world wide via Fedex and the USPS.  All domestic orders are shipped via Fedex Ground/Home Delivery, and usually take between 2-4 days once the order has shipped.

Canada and the rest of the World is shipped via Fedex Economy Pak, taking between 2-7 days depending upon where the package is destined. 

All orders will be updated with a tracking number in the order account when they are shipped.  Also, fedex will send a tracking number to the email that is listed on your account.
